W0TYSO HP ALL.Omni 6p with Titan amp / Th6Dxx / 256 dipole
W0UASO HP ALLWOW, WAY FUN FROM MY LITTLE HOME STATION WITH LOW/SMALL TRIBANDER & 40M WIRE! 20 WAS HOT BOTH DAYS & NICE LITTLE E-SKIP OPENINGS ON 15 & 10.
W1JQSO LP ALLREALLY didn't put in much time... fun contest, good condx
W2JEKSO QRP ALLWorking M1A on 80M with 1 watt
W3FAF/0SO LP 20MElectrical storms made it really difficult!
W4/DL2MDUSO LP 40MI lost plenty of operating time because of Thunderstorms on Saturday. But I am very satisfied with my results. 73 de Chris
W4KAZSO LP ALLJust a few minutes of qso's to test out the Elecraft K2 versus the 'other guy'. Keep the K2.
W4KZSO HP 15Mw4kz (nq4i oP) was an effort to check out the new 3 High stack of 8 element yagi's...15 meter conditions were pretty amazing considering the solar flux numbers...worked 3V8 nearly an hour and half before my sunrise! I think the new stacks are working pretty good! de Rick
W5PQSO LP ALLI always enjoy your contest, am recovering from surgery, thus the short OP time. Keep up the great work and thanks. 73
W5RYASO LP ALLI could see out my shack window a bluebird on my feed line. Every time the transmitter would key, he would hop from foot to foot and hover in the air. Then he would settle back on the feedline. He finally got tired of the hot foot and left.
W5THTSO LP ALLUnable to do much. My air time is pledged to the 600 meter experiment.
W6GMT/0SO LP ALLFIRST CW CONTEST GREAT FUN 73 BROCK
W7DRASO HP 160Moperating time night one: 8 hours 45 minutes operating time night two: 3 hours 15 minutes total operating time 12 hours such is the life of a contest operatior that still has to work for a living. 12 hours is a long time to operate on a weekend. rig: ARC5 VFO, 833 final 400 watts to an inverted L receiver: NC183 with a BC453 Q5er, two beverage rx antennas propagation: very poor the first night, average the second night surprised to work only two JA staions and nox UA or VK/ZL stations
W7SWSO HP ALLWonderful Fun! Tnx to All of us!
W7VJMSHExceptional EU propagation on 20 and even a few EUs on 15 for the first time in 2 years on 15. JA was fair on 40 and very disappointing on 15. Did not use a second station for this contest as a result of of a temporary antenna switch glitch, but don't think it made as much difference as it might have under better propagation. Thanks to all who took the effort to work us, and for an exceptional team of great operators and guys. 73.
W7YAQSO LP ALLTried out newly completed K3 with just an R5 antenna
W9/DM5TISO LP ALLFT847, dipole
W9RESO HP ALLGood conditions and good ops!
WA1FCN/4SO LP 20MSunday was a nice surprise into China/Laos.Even had a BY answer my CQ. Still I look forward to 15 coming alive. 73 BoB WA1FCN
WA2VQV/3SO LP 20M75 Watts & attic mounted MFJ Mini-Loop
WA5RMLSO QRP ALLLots of fun! Thanks to all who picked out my QRP signal!. See you next year.
WA7PRCSO HP ALLHad a blast (worked Europe twice on 20 with my meager vertical... late in the day) but 80m was d-e-a-d when it should have been been wall-to-wall signals! I was pleasantly surprised to find 15m was quite active!
WA8REISO QRP ALLOP TIME = 21 HRS 7 MIN QSOS = 341 PTS = 566 MULTS = 197 SCORE = 111,502 BANDS BAD FOR QRP. 5 WATTS TO A HUSTLER VERTICAL, GROUND MOUNTED & 80 M DIPOLE. TNX ALL STNS FOR DIGGING ME OUT OF THE MUD OF THE PIG PEN. EU STNS WEAK. DIDN'T HEAR VK OR JA. A FAVORITE CONTEST WITH TONS OF PARTICIPATION.
WB4ROASO HP ALLGreat contest. Lots of activity, just a shame this is the last major of the season! Only second CW Contest so learned a lot again. Excellent way to improve the ears. THanks for a great contest.
WB8JUISO LP ALLThe Sunspot Gods are finally beginning to smile upon us (at least a bit)!
WF3C/4SA HP ALLCould only operate part-time, but had a great time.
WF4WSA HP ALLAlways a great contest. I only got in a little over 6 hours but I had a ball. It's nice to be in the WPX contest when you are the only "WF4" station. I had at least one run of over 90 Q's per hour and an average around 60 per hour for the entire time I operated . I'll try to do more next year.
WF6CMMThis was a casual multi-op from a station that can not transmit on two bands at once. When I was operating, I took advantage of SO2R. When K6NV was operating, I wasn't in the room. This probably disqualifies us from being called multi-single, so I'm submitting it as multi-multi. The ten minute rule is stupid. Very stupid.
WI4RSO HP 40MThanks to Rick, NQ4I, for allowing me to use his great station!
WI8ASO HP ALLEnjoyed the contest even though I cud only operate part time
WK5X/4SA LP ALLMy favorite contest.....
WT4PFSO HP ALLANOTHER WPX-CW IN THE BOOKS. THIS IS A FUN CONTEST! ONLY THREE STNS WORKED ON ALL SIX BANDS - KD4D, NX5M AND NR4M. CONDX WERE GOOD ENOUGH WITH ALL THE ACTIVITY TO STAY IN THE CHAIR. BAD PLANNING WITH OFF TIME AND HAD TO STOP WITH AN HOUR LEFT IN CONTEST. BETTERED MY SCORE FROM LAST YEAR WHEN I USED KW3A. MORE Q's, MORE PREFIXS = BETTER SCORE BY OVER 300,000 POINTS. THANKS TO DAVE, KB4ET, FOR USE OF CLUB CALL.
WU3A/1SO HP 15MSunspots, PLEASE!!!
WW3DE/1SO LP ALLFirst contest outing with my brand-new call sign. CU from Delaware this fall!

YL2008EOCSO LP ALLCall YL2008EOC was used to mark international sport event in Latvia in 2008 - European Orienteering Championships (EOC) It take place in Ventspils and nearest forests at the bank of Baltic sea. More info on site http://www.eoc2008.lv YL2PN has a little experience in orienteering (1972-2002) ~ 650 starts and 4 self designed maps. I stopped to participy in OS after reaching absolute score 100 min 00 sec in 2002 in Ventspils. YL2PN has a little experience in HAM radio (1963-?) ~ 400 Contests and ~ 60 000 QSOs. YL2008EOC used barefoot IC-751 ~ 80 w, INV VEE at 10 m AGL and a straight key. It was good training course for my right hand to send YL2008EOC thousands of times... YL2PN has too short experience in Operational Systems of IT (1972-?) to tune Windows XP Home Edition SP2 USB port to Contest Software and vice versa, HI It was great sadness to miss KH7B, B7B and some other rarities. It was great fun to make QSO with YL9W in 11 minutes to explain to Oleg my strange call, HI.
YL2BJSO HP 20MWas not ready physically to operate night time when band was opened to US. Operating time ~ 22:30h ( with short timeout between ). Cuagn next year!
