VY0ERCSA HP 20MIt was complicated ... The plane taking us out arrives today, and we had to pull most of the antennas out yesterday. The extra energy needed around dealing with various aspects of COVID-19 meant I didn't really have it for the contest. Oh well
VY2GFSO LP ALLFor confirmation only. Scoring not required
W0AAESO HP ALL15 year old ham radio operator. DATE LICENSED (8/17/2018)
W0JWRSO LP ALLGreat Fun!
W0MNSA HP ALLLooked like social distancing was going well. Thank goodness for Ham Radio. :-)
W1ASTSO HP ALLWish I had more time to operate!
W1HSSA HP ALLThis is one of my favorite contests, really wanted to operate multi single with my son (KC1GDW), and band conditions were quite favorable for that. However, circumstances would not allow and was only able to put in minimal effort as a single operator
W2AABSO LP 40MS&P Only. 100 watts and a wire make for a grind on SSB. Erratic propagation required many repeats. Rig problems made things even tougher. Got to get the rig fixed before the CW weekend!
W2DWSSO LP ALLRadio - Elecraft KX3 with KXPA100, Antenna - Chameleon HF Whip with Extension
W2JVSO HP ALLQRZ is not a call sign!
W2VUSO LP ALLMostly a domestic contest for me this year, with occasional good DX openings. Still had fun connecting with friends here in the US. Excellent social DXing!
W3FOXSA HP ALLThis was my first experience operating the WPX contest and was not knowled geable about the best strategies. We had a thunderstorm with lightening in our are a on Friday night and it delayed me getting started at 0000Z because I disconnec ted the antennas, rotator cable, and the power cord for the amp. When I got on, I concentrated on 40 and 80 meters which was open to Europe. My 160 meter has issues and did not operate on 160. I chased multipliers at th e start and into Saturday, but did a few runs on Sat. and Sun.The last two o r three hours of the contest were the most productive for Q's. Didn't work an y new DXCC slots. Rig K4KIO Hex beam for 20, 15, and 10. Using RUMLogNG software for logging and contest. Being cooped up at home was a benefit to operating, but I did manage to get a full night's sleep on both Friday and Saturday night
W3MAMSA LP 20MFirst licensed 8 July 2019
W3PAXSO HP ALLFirst time in the contest! I HAD A BLAST thanks for the DX!
W3TTTSO LP 40MMy usual complaint: stations that 'run' but don't identify well. If a recording is made, then there is one or two letters of the call which are not clear. The OP keys the recording again and again, I hear it over and over and don't understand the third letter
W4BPPSO LP ALLthis was my first contest!! i had a blast and plan to participate much more actively next time!!! thanks for your hard work. 73 de w4bpp
W4DASSA LP ALLAlways liked this contest because almost everyone is a multiplier. So I decided to have fun and make 100 contacts with 100 mults. 100 watts and a ground mounted vertical makes it hard to compete with most signals. Thanks for digging me out of the mud in many cases
W4DHTSO HP ALLBest WPX contest for me even 15-meters was open some on Sunday afternoon
W4EESO LP ALLOuch
W4GHVSO LP ALLIC-7610 & EFHW
W4JHUSO LP 20MThanks for organizing, sponsoring, and conducting this contest
W4JVNSA HP ALLThe N1MM software kept locking up on 20 meters would not track radio
W4LTSA LP ALLTesting new FlexRadio remote system. All contacts operated remotely
W4WWQSO HP ALL11.1 Hrs All S&P. If it had been a snow storm weekend I might have spent more BIC time, but was sunny and about 80. Enough QRN from nearby storms and QRM from all the quarantined hams world wide
W4WYRSO LP ALLRookie 01/23/2018
W6JBRSO HP ALLI enjoyed playing in this contest this weekend. Since rearranging my shack, upgrading my LAN, and working out RFI problems, I have had no issues with RFI, computer glitches, or other gremlins. I'm happy that everything is working FB here. Thanks for the Qs! 73 de JR Station: K3/100 ACOM 1000 RT-3000 Tuner 31 foot ground mounted wire vertical Koss SB/45 Communications Headset Dell Core2 1.8GHz WinXP N1MM+
W6NCBSA HP ALLFirst CQ WPX lots of fun!
W6QUSO QRP ALLTough times for QRP! Only 2 Qs in Europe from my San Diego QTH
W6RTSO LP 20M8/21/2017
W6SFGSO LP ALLSince I'm a newbie I'm still learning how to setup the logging program as MEDIUM thinking that was the 100 watt catagory. (Thinking low was qrp) Anyway after the contest I caught my mistake and changed it to LOW hoping that would fix it
W6USSO LP ALLGood participation. Still a lot of stations that are not giving their callsign in a timely manner, probably needs a rule change like the Sweepstakes that requires the call as part of the exchange
W7EDMSO LP ALLbattery powered station
W7OKCSO HP ALLROOKIE -MY FIRST CONTEST - RECORDED ON PAPER LOG AND COMPILED USING LM

W9YKSA HP ALLlucky to be heard
WA1FCNSA LP 40MIt doesn't happen often, but I lost all motivation by 6:00 PM local time I turned off and called it over. I am sure most of you have had this same experience at one time or another
