VK3TZSO HP ALLJust handing out a few numbers and seeing what propagation was like. A few very nice signals on 20m long path to the USA. Mainly on low power but condx were pretty dull and I put the amplifier on later in the contest. Some fun QSOs and glad 15m showed some signs of life. I miss being able to at least put in a semi-reasonable score from the home QTH but the noise from Plasma TVs and powerlines makes it impossible now. Congrats on a fine contest. Hope to meet some of you guys some day. Regards, Tony Burt VK3TZ
VK4BLSO LP ALLThis years plan was get a flat top open line fed wire up at 45 feet with the inverted L to try to get over 100,000 score Along came some sun spots and big signals from all over the world So many calls coming back almost forgot I was running 100 watts and wires Blew away last years score Did I have a good time... you bet!! Thanks to all who took the time to work me Looking forward to 2011 already
VK4EJSO LP 15MGood to see lots of new blood in this contest. 15 meters was busy both days. A can't miss contest.
VK4ZDSO HP 10MAmazed to make a couple of 10m contacts into Europe - hopefully better next year
VK6WXChecklogLess than 100W into a screwdriver antenna Very hard work being heard.
VK8PDXSO LP ALLMuch better conditions than 2009. Lots of nice openings with my little 100w. SP to NA on 15m at the start, LP to EU on 20m on 2nd day and even a little 30min opening to EU on 10m where I was able to run. Lots of antenna improvements for 2011, tried to give VK8 to everyone, 73
VP50VSO LP ALLGreat time as usual; very pleased to give out another new prefix (VP50V) this year. Thanks to everyone who worked me. See you again in WPXSSB2011 with another "new one". 73, Dave, W5CW
VU2LYXSO QRP 10MTOOK TIME TO GET ON TO THE 10M WHEN CONDITIONS WERE GOOD. QUITE A FEW DX OPS COPIED ME. IT IS GREAT OF THEM.
VU2PTTSO QRP 15MIC-746PRO @ 5 Watts out to Force12 C3S Tribander @ 60', Sigma-5 Vertical, 40m Inverted-vee @ 50' Congratulations to all the fine ops who picked up my QRP signal - many of them had some of the finest ears. Decided to go QRP like last year with a lot of family breaks scheduled, but made it a single band affair this time considering that conditions on 15m are opening up. Not sure if there was a North American opening as I was away from the radio both days around that time. 15m overall did not sound very good compared to previous weekends. See you all in May for the CW leg. 73 de Prasad VU2PTT.
VU2URSO QRP 20MEnjoyed another CQWPX contest. I thank all the DX ops who copied the QRP signals and took trouble to copy their numbers.

W5WZSO HP ALLAWESOME! My first serious effort in WPX. Also my first serious effort at the new station with HP. How much fun is legal? The first 15 minutes with 47 QSOs in the log really set the pace and gave me enthusiasm. Pretty soon the serial numbers I was giving were mostly higher than those I was receiving and my confidence grew. Go Louisiana Contest Club!
