JR7RZMSO LP ALLFirst trial to WPX-CW. Could really enjoy, thank you all!
K0BXSA HP 20MBand conditions were poor. Never could get many European Contacts. Hope next year is better.
K0GEO/5SO LP ALLJust a few QSO's amongst many Memorial Day weekend activities--as always, many thanks!
K0PKSO LP 40MHad a great time with an IC-718 and wire vertical from a lakeside cabin in NE Minnesota. Thanks for a fun contest!
K1QOSO LP ALLK3 @100 Watts. OCF Dipole @ 30' Due to family obligations, working outside on our solar prep work and working the Red Hook Road Race for my local radio club PCARC, I was only able to put in a few hours. Any time on the radio is fun time even if it's limited. 73/88 Ann
K2NV/VE3SO LP ALLOperated from our sailboat "BellaDonna" in Ontario at various ports on on Lake Ontario. Many contacts were while under sail with XYL at the helm. Great fun!
K2PO/7SO LP ALLRig TS-850, dipoles at 45 feet I?m entering in Tribander-Wires, but no tribander ? just wires. Big difference between the band condx for SSB in March, and for CW this weekend. Worked 70 EUs in phone contest, vs only 6 in CW (despite comparable hours and QSO totals). JA QSOs were down less dramatically (69 vs 55). Prefix counts suffered with poor propagation: 451 for phone vs 369 for CW. Thanks to all who kept the bands active despite condx. 73, Bill, K2PO
K3CQ/4SO HP ALLjust stopped by and got involved in the contest.
K3IE/4SA HP ALLVery enjoyable despite poor propagation and heavy local QRN
K3RWNSO LP ALLGreat fun as always. Time was limited but I made the most of it.
K3TWSO QRP 40MBand conditions on 7 MHz. were fantastic. I had no trouble working all continents with just 5 watts!
K4ORDSO QRP ALLEnjoyed the contest, had company so only able to get on when I could.
K4XDSO HP 40MBands seemed a bit weak but still some good runs in the short time I had available. Lots of family activities this weekend makes participation tough.
K5DUSO HP 10MConditions were terrible. I copied either your call or your sequence number but probably not both. I also did something terrible to the computer and lost about 10 QSOs and several prefixes. Other than that it was good. Susan K5DU
K5NDSO QRP ALLWas only able to operate a few hours. Propagation was very poor.
K5ZD/1SO HP ALLOnly operated a few hours on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Conditions were not the best.
K6GEPSO LP ALLNew personal best for me.
K6KR/7SO LP ALLPart time S&P effort from Whidbey Island using a low dipole. Conditions have been better, but it's fun nonetheless.
K6VARSO LP ALLNot a serious effort, used contest to try CW logging software (DM780 and fldigi). Around 60 watts into a low dipole.
K7GIMSO LP ALLSurprisingly good contest, despite few DX stations
K7SDW/6SO LP ALLHad fun giving others the points as weekend very busy with the family
K7VITSA HP ALLWhat a contest! Weeks back, we had seen an upturn in propagation. This weekend's WPX was in the tank. There was a lack of DX. From Oregon, it was interesting to hear folks from the upper midwest, Pennsylvania, and southeastern Canada with an auroral flutter on 20 meters. It sounded like 6m or 2m with aurora. See you next year. It's got to get better sometime.
K8ALMSO HP ALLI AM SUBMITTING MY LOG FOR THE BEFIT OF OTHERS.
K9CCSO HP ALLLack of propagation to Europe on 20 in the upper midwest hurt
K9UIYSO LP 40MI was hoping for more 6 point QSO's but I did the best I could with conditions on 40 for the contest weekend. Thanks for all the QSO's in my little over 24 hours of actual operating!!
