VK5GRSA HP ALLHard work. Strange propagation. Lots of unexpected long path from VK

VU2ZMKSO HP ALL42824
W0BFSA LP 40MThis is my first cw WPX. Kinda hard doing it old school without computer assist. Spots didn't help much as most I couldn't hear anyway ! Had to find stations on my own. Not much DX found this year
W0BHSO HP ALL130 * 101 in 2
W0RICSA HP 20MSince 20 stayed open all night Friday, John decided to stick with it. Amazing conditions considering we are at the bottom of the cycle
W1DYJSA LP ALLBest ever for the contest
W1NUSO LP ALLHad blast rocking the G5RV-ZS6BKW at 50' w/tuner on all bands @ 100 watts!
W2AABSO LP 40MWPX CW is possibly my favorite contest of all. An enjoyable effort this year, with band conditions better than expected
W2DLTSO HP ALLFRANKFORD RADIO CLUB
W2EGSO LP 40MCondx not so good first night, a bit worse second night and worse still third evening. Signals from EU were weak and I had tough time running EU, which I'm usually able to do in this contest. Still, had a good time and I thank all for the Q's. 73, Rich, W2EG
W2HUVSA LP ALLI woule like to thank the Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club in Mullica Hill, NJ for the use of their W2MMD remote HF station during the contest. The rig was an IC-7300 barefoot with a Force 12 tri-bander on 15 and 20 meters and a 3-element 40 meter beam intermeshed at about 55'. An inverted-L was used on 80 meters. This was the first time that the remote station was used in a contest. Vertually all operation was in the S & P mode due to low power operation. This resulted in more frequent antenna position changes. I had to run to the station once on Saturday and again on Sunday to reset the antenna rotator controller when I was no longer able to change the antenna position. I would say that station performance was great otherwise
W3AKDSO HP 40MQTH Maine for WAS, US CA hunters...vy storm QRN here
W4KAZSA LP ALLMore antenna testing
W4NZSO HP 20MLeading zeros (again!) in serial numbers: they cause confusion when signals are weak they are not needed when signals are good. So why bother at all? But for those who insist, why only send leading zeros for 3-digit serial numbers and not 4? (0001) Four digit numbers are quite common in this contest. A pox on leading zeros
W4QOSA QRP ALLKX3 @ 5 watts - 80M LOOP + YAGI @ 60 feet Loads of fun although could not enter for more than a few hours. Tnx to all those who dug me out. de jim/w4qo
W5VSSO LP ALLDespite thunderstorms, poor propagation and HOA antenna restrictions, still lots of fun!
W6YAChecklogFor me this is a part time DX only contest. It was a huge surprise to see 40 and 20 in fantastic condition, while solar flux was only 66 and sunspot number was 0. 20 was open to Europe all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as several hours on Friday night at the beginning of the contest. Only a few Europeans and NW African stations were worked on 15. It becomes obvious that conditions are better than we think, as most activity must be on ft8, which I care nothing about
W7GTFSO HP ALLSURPRISINGLY GOOD CONDITIONS. THANKS TO ALL FOR GREAT CONTEST
W8ASASO LP ALLDidn't have much time for the contest, but had fun anyway
W8KNOSO LP ALL#s 98 & 99 were recorded on 80m and when I corrected it to 20m I messed up the log. Had to take advantage of the weather!

WO7VSO HP 20MCould operate only 20 minutes. Wasted the other 47 hours and 40 minutes
WQ6XSA LP ALLThis was a part-time portable operation from W7AYT's QTH in Concord - ARRL EB Section. Most of my operating time was spent running NX6T remotely. However, running as WQ6X allowed me to test-drive a number of different audio configurations. I also put the W7AYT antenna farm to a good work out. It was discovered that the 3-Element 10-Meter Long John yagi tuned nicely on 15-Meters. All 15-m QSOs were made using this antenna. I was quite surprised to work EU on 20 & 40 using the infamous WQ6X Lazy 8JK Sloper. Grounding the MFJ 949-E directly to the radio eliminated stray RF in the shack, for the 1st time EVER. Other than a Windoze 7 "BLUE Screen" on Saturday afternoon, everything ran quite well. LooK for a write up on this GiG at http
WR4ISO QRP ALLBest 20 condx in ages! Managed to work x2 ZL stations with my 3 wts and wire antena!
